from Twizel on State Highway 8, the main route south.

Glacier
Explorers operate boat cruises on the terminal lake of the
Tasman Glacier, Lake Tasman.
Experienced guides will manoeuvre their boats close to the
dripping ice face of the glacier as it completes its
